This notice explains what personal data dpphost.eu processes when you visit the site and when you use the readiness-report form, and how we handle it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Qubites ApS, Denmark. You can contact us at hello@dpphost.eu.
What we collect
Your email address, your shop's web address, the language you used on the site and the time of your request. We do not use cookies, analytics or tracking on this site. If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is stored only in your own browser. Giving us this data is voluntary, but without it we cannot send you the report.
Why we collect it
To send you the readiness report you asked for and news about the launch of DPP Host. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Where it is stored
In a database hosted by Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany. The website is delivered by Cloudflare. Both act as our data processors. Both are US companies; if data is accessed from outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in their data processing agreements.
Technical data
When you visit the site or send the form, Cloudflare and Supabase process your IP address and technical request data in short-lived server logs, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent, or at the latest 24 months after your request if you do not become a customer.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, or a copy in a machine-readable format, and withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@dpphost.eu. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
